I feel so amazing right now. When I started this programme my aims was to run nonstop for 30 minutes, so that I could take part in my local parkrun without having to walk. When I did my first run, I thought that the goal was going to take longer that 9 weeks. But I think that I might get there for the first time I going to complete something from start to finish. I so enjoyed this run 🏃‍♀️ I was actually smiling at 20 minutes, even though I still had another 5 minutes to go. I even run a little faster for the last minute.

I was a urban walker in London. So had a bit of stamina buildup from walking. Plus when not walking 2k to the local bus stop. Walked round my local park where I lived. Downshill Park and Finsbury Park.

Great to hear you're enjoying it. Keep that feeling safe for the days when you are feeling a bit peeky or tired. It will remind you why you started. You'll be parkrunning before you know it 👍
