Just finished W5 this morning - the first longish run (20 mins). Going well so far and looking forward to W6! Was quite hot today.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Oh thank you, that's good to know! Yes, seems a bit strange to be back to the intervals for the next run - I guess there is a science to the way it is worked out.

👍

Well done on completing week 5. I did the 20 minute run yesterday and I'm still on a high after managing to do it. You might have started week 6 now so I hope it went well!

Thank you, yes I did the first run of w6 earlier - I was expecting another 8 min run at the end, so it was a nice surprise to find that was it! Again it was quite warm. I always find the first few minutes quite hard but after that it’s ok. All the best for your w6!
