Definitely making progress

Very pleased to see my average pace improving & I can't praise C25K programme enough. Two days ago (after 5 weeks training), I had to run 20 minutes without stopping... & I managed it albeit at a slow pace 😏.

So today, two 5-minute & one 8-minute runs felt relatively easy in comparison 😄.

However, not looking forward to Run #3 of Week 6 which involves 25 minutes of non-stop running 😖

Anticipation no apprehension... you are doing wonderfully...just keep it slow and keep it steady! You will just love it, now you are moving towards the wonderful longer runs:)

You’ll do it great! You’ve come such a long way, well done :)

Week six is fantastic and will see you running continuously; no need to worry!

Well done

Be prepared to have to pace yourself as the duration gets longer, rather than expecting an inexorable rise in pace numbers.

Every run should be looked forward to............. you are doing this voluntarily, I presume.

Thank you for your supportive comments. Yesterday I finished my 18th run since starting C25K & I ran 25 minutes nonstop with an average pace of 9:40.

Two more weeks to go before graduation 👍
