I must say I am so encouraged by you all and your successes and stories are really helping me! I am very motivated but my lungs don’t like me at the moment!!!!
After the first week I really didn’t think I would run more than 60 seconds!!!! 3 minutes doesn’t sound much but it is tough!

Well done for completing W3! It’s crazy isn’t it? The first run is so hard and then here you are, smashing it 3 weeks later! Are you excited for week 4?
You're doing a great job! There is a big increase in the amount of time you're continously running for between week 2 and week 3, doubling, which it doesn't quite do again until week 5 run 3 if I remember right. Well done for completing week 3!
I have W3r3 tomorrow have struggled this week having thought going in I would smash it. Lesson to self i think not to be over confident and follow the plan.
Went for W4r1 an hour ago and I must say it was blinking hard!! 😢 Seemed a huge difference from 3 to 5 minutes ! Did it, but not easy!!!! Let me know how you all get on in W4?
