Well done! Fabulous!!!! You are on the home straight now. Slowly, slowly does it now, no false moves. We don't want any injuries, pulls or niggles. There is no need to hurry or push. Slow is absolutely the best policy

Don't think of it as "slow". Think of it as "smart"!

Good luck with your final runs. Take care.

Congratulations! That is utterly amazing! I found myself almost punching the air yesterday, and that was just after completing W4, which I honestly did not think I would. It is so encouraging to me following other people a few weeks ahead of me and seeing their journey. Seriously, well done you!!!

Before I started this I couldn’t run. 90 seconds was tough. I’m a tortoise... steady but sure just follow the program. Not looking to go fast. Not in competition with anyone ....

You will do it xx

Thank you! This is really inspiring. I came from a badly broken ankle a few years back (three operations and two years of recovering and it is now partly fused)....but I have a proper fancy pair of running shoes (specially kitted up pre lockdown at a sports injury clinic), and have taken it at a snail's paste. With me, the biggest trick is really good stretching pre the run, well-drydrated and half a banana for fuel, and distraction, distraction, distraction. The louder and distracting the music, singing along in my head, repeating over and over again how much I like running, anything to distract me from the evil thoughts of how much longer etc.
