Well I thought I would never get this far, 62 ,not exercised for yrs, spinal stenosis, buldgin disc, 50%muscle loss in right leg.

I can even get my leg over now....on my bike ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…

RESPECT!!! I am 62, a couple of issues - some arthritis in ankles, knees & totally flat feet, overweight x2 stone. About to complete week3, but finding it hard as joints are painful. Are you slim?

My BMI is 26.6 so no not slim, it should be 25 or under ,I'm 5' 8"overweight .I've lost half stone want to lose another half then see how I am. I'm trying to eat 500 cal less than I burn off in a day. Have you got a fitbit, it helps.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ ๐Ÿ˜Š
