Got the fiancΓ© to download the app this evening and we went running together.

It was a feeling like no other - hard, who knew 60seconds could last so long - but so fresh and exhilarating!

Following on from my last post: I took a waterbottle and didn’t I need it! 😰😰

Maybe I need to increase my water intake throughout the day, I literally just drink tea.... πŸ€”πŸ’­

We ran around Bradgate Park.

The views were beautiful!

I’m not looking forward to how my body will react tomorrow πŸ™ˆ but I know it’s for the best πŸ’ͺ🏻

And at least tomorrow I get to rest

(and walk the dog) 🐾🐢

Great job. Those who train together can also swear at the coach together!

Keep the legs loose tomorrow. Get a water bottle on the go, let it get to room temperature and sip all day... other drinks can remain... and you should find a good balance.

Enjoy run two, and any cross training you can manage tomorrow.

The strength and flex plan is good, swim, walk, cycle, yoga, anything that doesn’t involve jumping or running.

Get on. Well done. My water app recommends around 3 litres of water on a training day. Tea counts but it’s not as 100% as water. See β€˜My Water’ on iOS.
