Second 5k under the belt

Ran my first 5k at graduation 4 weeks or so ago. Since then have had an injury and managed a couple of 4K runs but today went on a nice new route around the country lanes and managed my 2nd 5k. Still not fast but I’m happy that despite just 3 runs in the last month I can still do a 5k /40 minute run.

All thanks to C25K

If you’ve finished week 6 then you have this cracked now. Week 6 was a killer for me and many others. Well done.
