I was just reading the very sad post from Hidden and it occurred to me that some of you may be able to support a palliative care initiative that some hospitals are using. Essentially they give one heart to the patient, and the other to their loved one, as a tangible connection when they can't be together.

I am told it can be very comforting.

I have tried to insert the link to the pattern, but my phone isn't having any of it, so you would have to copy and paste it. My mum has been knitting for weeks now.

Ahh thank you Nilsam , that would be great, I'm sure the hospitals and homes will appreciate this.
