Hello, my first post! Today I did w6r2 and found it so hard, I was feeling despondent as I was hoping to I’d feel better as I’ve been following the plan🙁 However now reassured to find many found it hard too, so know it’s not just me......rest day tomorrow then back at it on Friday! A much needed pick me up...thanks all.

Week 6 was my hardest week. It completely took me by surprise as I was on such a high after week 5 run 3. You’ve got this! Keep running 🏃♀️
Each run different, and each making you stronger... well done you. Steady and slow and on you go!
I found the same so I repeated Wk 6 R2 yesterday and it went much better. Legs didn’t hurt after and not so tired at the end. Has given me hope for R3 and might give myself an extra rest day first. Good luck!
Hi, I’m at exactly the same point as you. For me it’s all about starting very slowly, I can’t help feeling excited about this achievement and wanting to go and yesterday I was puffing after five minutes and realised that I was soon going to have to stop if I didn’t get it together, mercifully I did this and ended the run with a spurt of speed. I can’t believe that I’m saying this but I can’t wait for tomorrow’s run! I have taken heed of the page about stretching and am trying really hard to remember to do this.

I did exactly the same run today and yes finding week 6 quite a shock , for me its getting out of breathe towards the end.. but we did it and best of luck with run 3 , all we can do is take it steady ..
