I can't remember who said watch out week 6 can catch you out was certainly right about that one. After manging w5 suprisingly well and also w6r1, the 2nd run of week 6 was so tough today....that last 5 minutes was hard going! I'm hoping r3 isn't a killer!

Hey AJ!! Don’t worry about R3! You have already done everything that you need to to complete run 3!! And well done you!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽😁

Just don’t pressure yourself trying to imagine it and go out slow, real slow. Savour every step that you run and most of all enjoy it. Relax, you most certainly can do it!! ❤️

You got through the tough intervals, before that you ran 20... you got run 3 within you.

But you did it!👍🏻 I think (hope) the continuous run coming up will be better than having to stop / start. 🤞🏼

Well done, you've done the hardest two runs (for me, anyway) in the whole programme, so you'll definitely be able to do W6 R3.
