Oh blody hell only gone and done it... Week 5....run 3...oh yes... So so proud happy, chuffed and thoroughly thrilled that I managed it a whole 20 minutes running.... Yes running, sometimes slowed down to catch my breath... But... But I blooming did it. Thank you c25k I wouldn't have done it without you, roll on week 6 xx

Well done, it's quite an achievement - you'll be at week 9 before you know it! I actually found it easier to do the full 20 minutes than I had the shorter runs earlier in the week. It's easier to run continuously than it is to stop and start. I think that's why some people struggle with week 6 run 1, so just take your next one steadily.
I did it today as well. Never thought I could! I cannot tell you how proud I am of myself! Stopped smoking 2 and a half years ago and now I feel that I may actually be able to complete this! Enjoy the buzz! Xx
