Not yet week 9 but completed week 5 and what an achievement! i got excited when Laura said i have done 10mns and I wasn't out of breath, that's when i knew i could complete a full 20mns
For any one starting week one and thinking there is no way i can run more than one minute(like I did) than think again you can! I haven't updated my progress for a few weeks but weeks3 and 4 completed and found a comfortable pace in last run of week 4. Week 5 has been easier than i thought it would be and I enjoyed ,to my surprise, the non walking interruption in last run of week 5!
I Enjoy the morning jog better, no so hot and less people around....usually i am off for 6.00 and back in time to get ready for work! So bring on week 6.. And Well done to everyone who have completed week 5 , you are amazing!

Congratulations I love that point in a run when you just know you've cracked it! Yesterday was like that and I ended running an extra 11 minutes and did 5k! Enjoy!
Well done, I think nearly everyone panics about running 20 mins non stop in week 5, but following the programme makes possible. Good luck with the rest of your runs
