So I recently graduated (Sunday 26th April) today is Wednesday 29th April, today was my first post graduation run I decided to get this 5K for Β£5 run for heroes challenge out the way it took me 50 minutes to run the 5K but I feel really good for it! My average pace was 15:30 per mile my next goal is to continue doing the 30 minute runs for the next 3 weeks! Go me! ππΌπ₯³ππΌββοΈβ€οΈπ€ͺππΌ

Thank you! Didnβt think Iβd find it as comfortable as I did! only after hitting the 30 minutes mark I started to struggle a bit but recovered around the 40 minutes mark and felt really good finishing! π€ͺππΌβ€οΈππΌββοΈ
