I completed Week 5, Run 3 which I put off for a day as it involved a 20 min run which I'd never done before (or not done since miserable cross country runs at school. (I do up to 15 mins in a nice warm gym). I made it thanks to Michael Johnson although last few minutes were hard. Have to go out in the rain today after work for Week 6 Run 1 so reading tips about running in a downpour. 🌧🌧

Yey! Same run for me today. Wk 5 Run 3..... legs definitely feeling heavy towards the end. But I didn't stop. Well done you!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
