Done the third run of week 5 - a 20 min run, no walking breaks! I thought that I would really struggle with this as it is a big jump from the previous run but to my surprise it was really managable. My pace was quicker than the previous run aswell which was a surprise because I thought that I was going slower! This programme is really working and I can't wait to start week 6

Congratulations! I loved W5R3, it felt like such a big step up, and gave me confidence to believe that I might be able to actually complete the course! I completed W9R3 this evening - what a feeling! - It'll be you soon too! Good luck!

Congratulations!🎉🙂
That is a milestone run in the plan. You have every right to be proud of yourself.
Be careful of the interval runs for the first runs of week 6 as they can be a bit tricky. I found them really tough.
But trust in the plan, it works and you can do it!
