I had a nightmare tonight! Someone stole my running shoes and I had to get them back! Utmost priority! Am I becoming addicted to running? Hope so!
Today, W3 R2. Ankles, calves, knees all fine. Back surprisingly good! But taking an extra day to recuperate was good, as yesterday my knees were still hurting just going up the stairs. And today, they’re fine!
And I took it ultra-slow and with that it was a breeze!
Upwards and onwards with recuperated knees and recovered running shoes.
Stay safe everyone.
P.s. my app swallowed the first version of this message, and unlike with the loss of my dreamy running shoes I wasn’t bothered. But like my knees it might just recover and reappear. 🏃🏻♀️ 🏃♂️ 👟 📧

It's your subconscious telling you the truth - that it's always better to have two pairs of running shoes - ostensibly so that you can change pairs each time, and therefore be less likely to suffer repetetive injury, but really to prevent the not-finding of a pair ( & associated nightmares!).
You’re funny! 🤣🤣🤣 Never replied to this one! ⏳⏳ Thanks for all the support through my now 8 months running journey! 😘♥️ (And watching over my first weeks of running as I was afraid of getting a heart attack!🙏🤣)
