W3 R2 is it normal to be covering less ground?!

I noticed on run 1 of week 3 that I covered a lot less distance than the previous weeks. When the halfway bell rang I was nowhere near my usual halfway spot! I thought maybe I was just being particularly slow as the first run of the week, but today I did run 2 and found the same even though I felt like it went well! Is this normal?! Does it mean that I run slower than I walk?!! 🙈 Maybe this means as the weeks go on, my walk home will be longer and longer...

I've noticed this too. I'm not worried about it though, just pleased I can run for 3 minutes!

That's true! Same! And I get a longer warm down walk too 😂

Hi, it will be shorter as week 3 is 4 minutes less walking time but the same running time as week 2 🙂

Yes I noticed this to. I was just happy I managed to run for a whole 3 minutes! Starting week 4 on Saturday, going to repeat week 3 one more time.

I repeated Week 3 as well and have now completed Week 4 and will repeat that as well. Think there's different schools of thought as to whether you should repeat it but it worked for me. Well done !
