So I've just finished run 3 of week 1. I'll be honest I don't feel 100% ready to move on yet. Is it bad if I repeat another run from week 1??

Well done.
No, it is not bad, you are in control of your progress, but this post about mental approach may make you think differently healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
Do you know what? That post is actually amazing and so true!! I will start week 2 in a couple of days and I'll see how I get on ☺ I think I will save that post and go back to it each time I feel defeated because its so true! Thank you ☺ x
You will be fine. I’ve never run in
My life. I’m the wrong shape with the wrong ligaments etc but I can do it and I really enjoy the views and the quality peaceful thoughts that I have. If I feel like stopping I tell myself I can do it for my Dad who I lost years ago. I also set targets up the road and say I’ll be at that point in no time then set another when I get there. Let us know how you get on
Congratulations!
You can always see where week 2 leads you or repeat runs of the previous week. I found it more doable than I thought it would be...
