I completed week 7 yesterday and it feels really great!
Its still hard towards the end but im determined to finish each run.
I have to admit the middle run of wk 7 I walked for 1 min as I found it hard but I think it was because I ran after suffering from a mild migraine. In hindsight I should have left my run til the next day but I managed 90% of it.
I know now to plan my runs when I feel good.
So onto week 8 and I can now see the end in sight

Congrats too! Dont worry about the intervals too much, mine are all over the place! I have not stuck to the 9 weeks religiously as I started last autumn. All I worry about is completing the program. I am amazed how far ive come since starting. Good luck!
