Make sure your laces aren't tied up too tightly and try to land mid foot, rather than on your heals, roll through your foot and spring off from the ball. Aim to keep each foot on the ground for as little time as possible. ๐ Might help. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Thankyou. Just some Karrimor running shoes. They werenโt massively expensive so may need to invest in some others. Will see how I go
Your running shoes should be at least a half size, if not a whole size larger than your normal shoes. That may also be causing you problems.

That's great! But yeah, watch out for your shins and feet, maybe get new shoes or check out some of the guidance on running technique?
