W2R1.. oh the humanity!!

Well, I got up late and Oldpossum had already returned from her graduation run. So after an initial "can I do this?" internal dialog I got on the hamster wheel in the garage.

I have to say 90 seconds of running really hurt. Didn't think I was going to make it by the 3rd run section but managed to keep pushing.

All I keep thinking about is all of you on here who are so inspiring and keeping me going. Thanks to you all.

Happy running :)

Well done for ignoring and beating the "can i do this?" and for getting to the end - I found the first two weeks so hard too but keep at it - you are doing great :-)

Excellent stuff Fazzical. I still wonder how 90 seconds running can literally feel twice as long as 60 seconds running!
