I struggled with the first run of week 2, the extra 30 seconds per run really shocked my system, but as everyone has said it does get easier and I completed run 2 with more energy and felt a lot stronger. Will be doing the final run of week 2 on Tuesday so hope this gives me the momentum to start week 3 at the weekend 😌 I know in these early days we’re not running much but I do feel a sense of achievement in how far I’ve come in 2 weeks. For all those people that think they can’t do it-trust me you can! I am 8 stone overweight and haven’t exercised in years and I can make it so far! Thanks for all the support so far

Hi! I’ve just finished week 2, starting week 3 tomorrow - bit nervous! Are you finding you have aches and pains afterwards? I get a bit stiff in the evening and my ankles are a bit tight, I’m very overweight so probably to be expected! I have surprised myself so far to be honest I really didn’t think I could run for 30 seconds when I started. Granted I’m going at snails pace but I’m going!
