Hi everyone
Confidence up, 3 x 25 minute runs down and looking forward to week 8.
So week 1 run seems like yesterday and I am not sure how I got to this stage.
Looking back I now recognise a very well constructed programme of exercise preparing us for the next and the next runs, without us even knowing.
Today's run wasn't quick or painless but it was the best I had felt.
For those of you in weeks 1-6, I know how you feel but can tell you, don't worry, be confident we are in good hands and
