I’ve been injured so I’ve had a few extra days off and just completed W3R1 - it was difficult at times but I soldiered through and I feel amazing! What’s even better is that I didn’t get pins and needles quite so bad and I haven’t got cramps in my legs but I’ve changed my trainers and wore trackies instead of tight gym leggings which I think made a massive difference!
