Wk4 run3 repeat

So,run 3 had to break the last 5 min run with a 60s walk....disappointed. think I knew when I woke up it was gonna be had ,I woke up feeling knackered ha ha.

I'll do run 3 again if not the whole wk , before moving on to wk 5 ..which looks hard.

good on you for going out there when feeling knackered! There’ll be bad days and good days but good on you for keeping going. Repeating the week may not be a bad idea to get your confidence up. Just remember how much further you are running than a few weeks ago and one day you’ll be able to do week 5 too. xx

Don’t be disappointed, concentrate on the minutes you have run. You’ve come a long way from 60sec runs. I’m on week 5 and I try to think positively as the mind can definitely affect the runs. I try and stop thinking about the time left to run and pretend I’m running home every time and this seems to take my mind of counting down the minutes until I can stop running. 😊

Don’t beat yourself up, you went out that’s all that matters.

It’s very easy to slouch off, and we all have good/bad days.

Just started week 5 today, with trepidation admittedly (repeated the whole of week 4, just because I knew I could do that iykwim)

I’ve just done week 4 run 3 today, but every time I do runs this week, I am unable to finish the last 5 minute run, so I have to repeat it next week and hope I can nail it!
