If you have a busy family or work life, yes it is sometimes difficult to keep exactly to the C25K schedule, so far I have managed all the runs to the timetable stipulated from week 1 which was way back in the middle of April, this morning I completed week 7 run 3. I have been lucky with the weather, the only wet day I have had was this morning when there was a moderate drizzle, all it did was misty up my glasses. I hope you can keep to the schedule or at least near to it as possible

Yes that happens but you don’t need to repeat a week just because you didn’t fit three runs. I’m no expert but the advice I’ve seen on this forum is that you can usually pick up where you left off as long as the break is not more than two weeks.

Thankyou I thought you had to complete weekly

Normally you would: the objective is to be able to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week. So yes aim to do 3 a week. But the odd time that real life gets in the way and you have to take a few more rest days, don’t fret, just pick up where you left off unless you haven’t run for weeks rather than days.
