Well got abit harder this week but by the end it was feeling good. Finally running more than walking and enjoying it.

Abit of tightness in the legs I might say though.

Well done 👍 Don’t forget to stretch before and after your run. Maybe you could try foam rolling, which many do regularly.

If you go to YouTube and search foam rolling you will see quite a few videos. But I would suggest that you look a the channel ‘The Run Experience’ that is geared towards runners as is run by Running coaches.
