Week 4 - done

Every time I write 'done' at the end of a week I still can't believe that it's true! It just seems impossible some how 😏

Each week seems to have an impossible jump in run time but before I know it I've done it and it's really the bizarest feeling.

I don't particularly feel healthier, fitter or more capable but I obviously am otherwise I wouldn't be where I am now.

I know it's going to be tough on week 5 but I'm quite weirdly looking forward to giving it a go.

You're doing great ChelleUK - don't worry about wk5- there must be something in the air today- loads of people finished it, and all of 'em had their doubts beforehand.

It's great you're looking forward to it- you've already banished the gremlins :)

I know the feeling. I completed week 4 yesterday and I am amazed to have done 4 weeks in 4 weeks. I'm even looking forward to week 5!

I think we all worry about w5 too much. Try to be relaxed about it, it is going to work. I know what you mean about mentally ticking off the weeks, it gives you such a sense of achievement and I think that's what keeps you going and gets you hooked.
