Was so worried about the big jump to running for 20 minutes nonstop but I did it ! My legs have been aching all over recently but particularly my calves so have vowed to do the warmdown exercises as advised on here. Remembered today! Would be good if Laura could remind me ๐Ÿ™‚

Well done.

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
