Iβve done it ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπ° my week 5 run 3!!
I went to do it Sunday and failed miserably, I was so frustrated but felt I didnβt have my breathing correct and the wind was strong and my legs felt heavy.
Anyway, I decided today to give it one more go so before I could change my mind my trainers were on and I was out the door.
When I was told I had only done 5 mins I wanted to cry and thought I havent got a hope in hell in completing this.
Sorted the breathing and the pace and ππΌBang I did it. Iβm amazed ππππ

Well done for getting out there, Hiphop2. You may have read about the toxic 10...those first ten minutes can be the worst then all of a sudden you are in the zone. Try to push those little inner voices aside and push through (as you did). Well done again. Happy running. ππ»ββοΈπ
YAY - well done you . I'm really chuffed for you . Excellent news . . . .and you didn't fail miserably on Sunday - it just wasn't the right day for you, just a practice run - that's all
Second time lucky, congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π you should be very proud of yourself π ππΎ.
