Great afternoon run and lots of PBs!

Back to my ‘usual’ route in my hilly neck of the wood and running three times last week in a different part of the world must’ve really helped (especially with my ‘speed’ session 😬) as I really felt like I could pick up the pace today and hit lots of PBs!

Considering this is an uphill-till-halfway-then-downhill route I can’t believe it. My pace finally seems to be increasing and I’m so chuffed. I especially enjoyed legging it down the main hill 😄 I actually ran 4.45km in 30 mins with average pace of 6.47 - very fast for me!

Thanks Unfit - and if I do decide on more speed sessions they will still be on my own!

Cheers Fab! It’s the first time I’ve noticed some progress! (Not that going from never running to running for 30mins isn’t progress but ykwim 😁)

Serious progress. That looks like a hard first 2.5 Km up 48 meters. And then the fun on the ride down the hill again. Well done.

❤👏👣

Thanks Old! It's actually a 70m gain so with a bit of a plateau after the first 1km so I'm not sure why it shows like that on Strava :)
