Welcome to the group. I always come on here after a run and find the positivity and support stays with me so when I am finding a run hard (finished W3R3 half an hour ago) I can draw on the words of wisdom and know I am not the only one struggling but that people do make it...and so will I. It helps with determination and a belief that success is possible.
