Running for 1st time in years !!

I regularly walk my dogs , so assumed that I was quite fit!! Tried running but my lungs seemed to have a heavy cold feeling ( was not sure how to breath whilst running ). Found this app , it taught me how to breath properly, have now just completed w3 r3. Love this app !!

Welcome... you’re ahead of me I still don’t breathe right 😂

Good job on the first 3 weeks, in many ways they’re the hardest.

Hi frank125, congrats on your W3R3 🎉🎊, well done!!! Are you now “running your dogs” instead of walking them? 😉

Well done for starting the programme and for sorting your breathing out. 👍

The more you run, the less arduous the breathing becomes, in fact when the runs get longer and you find your groove, often it just happens on its own. 😀

Enjoy your journey! Do you take your dogs along? Mine has been with me since the beginning and now she’s doing parkrun with me each week too! They make great running buddies! ❤️🐕🏃‍♀️
