Completed yesterday. Still sticking to the plan, 5 mins warm up, did the same route (fairly flat), first few runs found reasonably easy but held back a bit as I wanted to make sure I had enough puff for the last run and I finished this ok. I usually try to practice the breathing techniques they mention on the app when I can which, when I started, didn't last beyond the first run, but now overall have noticed I am breathing better and for longer periods.

Well done on your progress - sounds as though your runs are going well! 👍 I do think as we gain fitness, our breathing tends to settle down. I am a great believer in doing what feels natural and comfortable to you.
