Oh my god that week was the hardest yet, however it’s incredibly rewarding being able to do it!! I’m worried I’m going to go off track now and get less motivated...I want to lose weight but juggling everything at the moment seems like an impossible task! Any ideas for motivation or on how to keep going? Thanks guys!

Well done.

Motivation is your department.......write down all the reasons why you started in the first place and every time that one of them becomes no longer applicable, you can strike it off the list and when they are all gone, then you can go back to the couch........or carry on being fit, happy, with a reduced risk of a whole host of life limiting conditions and explore the world as a runner.

Only one person will make you do this and only one person will stop you.

You can do this.

I found week 4 really tough but plodded on to week 5 and enthusiasm came back, soon you will feel like you just go for a run as your habit is being built up to match what you are asking of it

Congratulations on completing week 3 and keep going as more than worth it. Just finished run 2 of week 9 and enjoying it immensely. Keep going and don't be afraid of future runs as the programme is designed to help you achieve your goal
