Yep. Plenty to drink the day before and try and find a shady route. Strangely I found week 4 more doable than week 3 because although longer, there were less running sections. Good luck, take it nice and slow.😊

Hello, well done! I just completed week3 today. Next run is week 4! I think we've done well to get this far.

Did the first week 4 run yesterday. It was hard and I posted about it - BUT all of the last 3 weeks are preparation for this. The last 5 min run is a challenge and I did have to really slow it down - but felt so good afterwards!! Go for it and let me know how you get on!
