But it worked out ok. Set off on W5R3 having read all the tips (thank you). After about 1 min such was the psyc
nonsense in my head I wondered if I’d stop and try another day. I have never stopped once the whole way through the programme. I thought of your advice and kept going. After about 13-14 mins I thought ‘Laura will be on soon’ for the 15 mins call. She never appeared and after 20 ish minutes running (I estimated) I stopped knowing something had gone wrong and walked. I checked Strava and I’d run for 23 mins! Somehow I switched her off. (Never Done that either). Anyway she’s talking to herself right now because I still want to log it and she’s repeating whilst I have a juice in the garden! Last bit of real run was downhill hence the excess. Calamity kind of spoilt the buzz but I did it!

You did do it, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
I've had the app close on me a couple of times now, I've got into the habit of checking my watch at the start of each interval and as I go along to make sure, as the phone gets tucked away in a belt.
Congratulations on completing it, I've just got in about 40 mins ago myself from the same run.
