Pain in side when running?

So yesterday I doubled up my couch to 5k with the NHS run challenge that I got tagged in and surprisingly completed it in 36minutes. I went to run today and after about 2k I started to get a pain in my side very similar to stitch. I was just wondering why this might be? Could it have something to do with running too soon after eating or not being hydrated enough? Going to redo my run from today tomorrow as I walked 1/4 of of it due to the pain. Any ideas?

Drink plenty of water before you run, take your next run a little slower than you did today, hopefully the pain will ease.
