I’m feeling a little excited about my next run- W5R3
I’d love some motivation thoughts to help me get through the run.
I’m running very slowly but managed to overtake another runner today! I actually found 8 mins running easier than 4 mins- I think it was because I realised I only had two runs to do!
So along that train of thought- the next run is just one run!! Lol.
I’m looking forward to reporting here on Friday when I completed the run!

You are going to love this run! I was on top of the world when I did it. Sounds like you are already well motivated and positive about it and the programme has prepared you to do it. Just get out there and enjoy that massive sense of achievement afterwards!
