Hi im new to this app...i wanted to know how do you track your run distance and time. ive just done my first run and wanted to know ..the other app did it all for you...hope its not fiddley thanks in advance x

I use a watch or phone app to track time and distance.

You could download the free version of Strava, but at this stage I wouldn't try tracking your runs too much as all you need to do is follow the carefully designed programme. Tracking at this stage might tempt you too much to try to increase your distance and speed, when all you need to do at the moment is crack on with the programme. Good luck!

Congratulations on on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, the C25K app doesn't have tracking distance, pace or speed but could install an app such as Strava or Mapmyrun which will tell you all you want to know regarding tracking, pace, distance and speed.

Hi I have a Samsung phone and record my exercise on Samsung health. Also I have a Garmin watch which is also connected to my phone and records steps. Well done in getting started, good luck
