All of us are different.. some will cover 2K some will cover 3,4, or even 5K. This is about running and maintaining a happy and sustainable pace... You will travel as far as that takes you

Hi, wow week 8 that’s great. I downloaded Strava and press record at start of my C25K. This will then tell you distance covered. Everyone is different as depends on pace but my week 5 run 2 was 3.5k

yeah thanks all, i appreciate we are all different thats why i wanted just a ruff idea.
I do about 3km, but I’m on a treadmill going really slowly! 7.2km/hr in fact!

Maybe not 10 km/hr pace which is 5k in 30 mins.🤔
But if you are comfortable at that or near that now, you are doing exceptionally well.🤔
Remember you are still building your leg and lung strength.🤔
All takes time and still very early in the process.🤔👏👏
You want to remain injury free, so patience and slow and steady is the only way.🌟👏👏

I've just walked my run, and it seems that I do 4.45 kmph in my 30 minute runs. So I am quite pleased with that at what for me is week 10🤩
I think it’s a lot harder on a treadmill so you need to factor that in too. I run Just shy of 4 km in 28 minutes . I’m nearly 50 and need to lose weight . Lots of people do parkrun 5km in 28 minutes. Just do what’s achievable.
