Again I really didn't feel in the mood to go out but I did 25mins of yoga, gave myself a talking to and got out there. As a note to my future self (and anyone reading this): it's totally worth it!
Slightly slower average pace that W6R3 and W7R1 but was more in control of my breathing and I took a different route which had a couple of gentle but long inclines which really get you - as shown in my Strava analysis! And this time I actually had fuel left in the tank and did the last 0.5km at a pace of 6:30mins/km. Feeling chuffed and will sleep well tonight.
