Well not sure what went on there but this run defeated me. My lungs were on fire and I only managed 21 minutes out of the 25. Was it because I changed my route? Did I start off too fast? Is it because Iโm on leave and have no stress to run off? And why was my bum bag playing up? Who knows! You win some and you lose some. Going to take 2 rest days and come back fighting for a repeat of this b****rd run on Wednesday ๐๐ผ
Week 7 Run 3 (Round 1): Well not sure what went... - Couch to 5K
Week 7 Run 3 (Round 1)
It happens to us all, we all get bad runs, it's natural.
You will ace the next one I bet ๐๐
Hope so. Slightly disappointed but hey ho. Iโve found Week 7 tough.
Would you repeat it if you couldn't do it right?
Yes will repeat until I feel comfortable ๐๐ผ
It's the best way.
Lungs on fire...barring an allergy or illness, must mean way too fast I am afraid. You know what you need to do. ๐
Well done for managing 21 minutes. I am too scared to change my route ๐
That's fighting talk CR it won't beat you next time out ๐ take that pace down a notch you'll nail it ๐๐
It wonโt. And youโre right, just had a look at my Strava stats and I was flying. Lesson learnt. Again! ๐
Haha I've lived that eagerness error CR easy on the throttle tiger goooooo sloooowwwwww
I definitely blame the bum bag ๐ Itโs so hard to get the pace right isnโt it! itโs disappointing for you but Iโm sure youโll smash it next time!
Good luck for Wednesday
Definitely too fast! I think in these later runs on the programme there's a tendency to speed up!
