Are you using the app? You just play your own music in the background through your usual music player

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1, you can listen to your own music when you are doing C25K, all that happens is when your coach speaks the music will fade or cut out, immediately after the coach stops talking, the music resumes. Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 1.

Well done and welcome to C25K Elaine.

just select AC/DC in I tunes or Spotify, select the track “highway to hell”, crank up the volume and step off!! Works for me👍😀

Hi,

Well done for getting the first run done, the hardest part is often getting out of the house.

If your using the app then you can have music playing as that’s exactly what I do, I start my music then fire up the app and as the coach talks it just quietens the music until they’ve finished speaking. I have an IPhone so can speak for Android but fairly sure you can

Thanks Pete ... I’m going out for my second run later today so will try what everyone has been so kind to help me with.... sounds like it’s really straightforward ... well the music part anyway! Just need to hope the same goes for the running !! 🏃🏻‍♀️🤞

Japanese traditional songs are my favorite. It is always a strange and delightful experience listening to a completely different traditional song. basically, it is a Japanese traditional kabuki theatre performance where Performers wear old traditional dresses with beautiful oni, samurai, bone, cosplay slipknot, and many other kinds of masks which are really fascinating to watch. kabukimask.com/category/bon...
