I can no run 3 times a week but problem I have my calf muscle is very tight after a ankle repair not sure if it should be like this if loses of after I get into the run get home sit down and way to tight again

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
I found out from pyso I had after op that the repair on ankle is to tight
