Have you joined the consolidation club? There is also a FAQ post about what to do next. I'd say mix it up; maybe a slightly longer run, some intervals and a nice steady 5k. Think about setting some goals. Do you want to go faster (intervals will help) or further(try increasing the distance of one run by 10% each week). Most of all don't forget to have fun. Try some new routes or listening to a training plan or try zombie runs. Good luck

Go on to the bridge to 10k forum and up your distance using they plan in the pinned posts. That’ll help your pace at 5k at the same time.
I did not like that try it I had a ankle op in October so have to be careful my pace is not great legs don’t want to run have got farster but it not enough for me I want to do park run but not at the speed I go now I must improve

Hi Mandy167 👋🏽
I would advise you to take a look at variety in the type and lengths of your runs. Using an app is very good for this. If you build a plan to target running faster through an App, they do provide variation in the runs. Length, speed etc.
I would also say that at Parkrun there are so many different capabilities and there are lots of people doing the C25K programme and run/walking. I don’t know if you’ve heard about ‘fartleking’, (it’s not a spelling mistake 😂😂!) Fartlek training is a mix of sprinting and jogging (or walking). Some people there are doing that too!!
Good luck! Have fun!!🤩❤️
Ok thanks I done parkruns but was out for a year with a ankle op
