So I’ve just managed to do my second day of C25K, I really didn’t want to as I was working this morning and my knees are killing me, but I’m slightly proud that I did it to the end and got to save it as I didn’t finish the first attempt. But I had to stop some of the runs half way through, and I realised that if I was struggling with my run I could pause and stand still and start running from the same spot again. Can anyone recommend good trainers as my ankles feel wobbly in the ones I’m using. Well done to everyone else that’s managing the C25K.💜💜

Second day? Do you men W1R2? 😁 Well done for having a go at it! 👏👏👏
I think there is an article on how to select some appropriate trainers.
Admins, please help!
Well done for keeping going and getting through it! The Running Channel on YouTube has good advice about running shoes.
Thank you, I will have a look . 😊
Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which has advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run and strengthening exercises, all of which will help, as well as a link to a post about running shoes.
Well done, keep going!! I struggled in the beginning with very sore ankles and unstable ankles - I bought some asics gel trainers and they have been AMAZING! It’s hard to know what to buy when you can’t go into a running shop in the current circumstances so definitely have a good read into it
