I'm due to start week 3 run 1 today, however on my last run of week 2 I couldn't stick to the 90 seconds of running and only managed about 70 seconds. My question is should I still start week 3 run 1 today, or should I repeat my run from week 2?

According to what I've read on the forum you maybe only need to repeat the last run of week 2. I'm nearly done in week 2 so always checking out those like you who are just ahead of me . Good luck!!
I wouldn’t start week 3 until you have successfully done all 3 runs in week 2. The plan is carefully designed for each run to prepare you for the next one. It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat runs so don’t worry about getting behind - you won’t be! You’ll crack week 2 run 3 next time out, just remember to take it slowly and stay hydrated ! Thank you for all your suggestions and support, I took a few days break to refocus and successfully completed week 2 run 3, I slowed it down again and found it fairly easy this time round. Now feel much more prepared for week 3 run 1 😁
