So I just signed up after downloading the couch to 5k app. Had already done a 3.2k walk prior to downloading and feeling knackered. Hopefully the first of many in my near future.

Welcome to the group. The only advice I will give, is to run 🏃♀️ slow and if you think that you are running slow run slower still. You can do this and good luck.

Hi. I am on wk1 Day 2 today so know how you feel! Run as slow as possible is absolutely the best advice and don’t focus on the time you have left to finish each run. Try to focus on music/scenery etc and it goes faster than you think!
Go for it, if I can do it you can too and you will feel great afterwards. Good luck
Welcome! Stick to it. I thought week 1 was going to kill me, ruining for 90 sec was torture. Now I am on wk5 r3 and kind of looking forward to running 20mins. Who would have thought!! Go for it, you will be so pleased you did
